When you upload documents, notes, PDFs, PowerPoint presentations, YouTube URLs, or any other educational content, we process them temporarily to generate flashcards, quizzes, summaries, and AI-generated study materials.
We do not store the uploaded files. Your uploaded content is processed in real-time and is not retained on our servers after processing is complete.
Once the AI processing is completed (typically within minutes), the original uploaded content is immediately and permanently deleted from our system. Only the generated study materials (flashcards, quizzes, summaries) that you choose to save are stored in your account.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content you upload does not violate any laws, infringe on intellectual property rights, or contain sensitive personal information of others. By uploading content, you represent and warrant that you have the right to upload such content and grant us permission to process it for the purpose of generating study materials.
We reserve the right to refuse to process any content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates our terms of service, contains illegal material, or poses a security risk.

1.3 Usage Data

We automatically collect certain information about how you interact with our platform to improve our services and user experience. This includes:

Not Saved or Stored: Once the AI processing is completed (typically within minutes), the original uploaded content is immediately and permanently deleted from our system. We do not maintain copies, backups, or archives of your uploaded files
Processing Security: During the brief processing period, your content is transmitted and processed using encrypted connections and secure protocols
Generated Content: Only the study materials generated from your content (flashcards, quizzes, summaries) that you explicitly choose to save are stored in your account

By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content solely for the purpose of generating study materials for your use. This license terminates immediately upon completion of processing and deletion of your uploaded content.
